EBSZ_CTR (Belga Radar) is responsible for providing Military ATC over Brussels FIR.

EBSZ_CTR can only be opened with a minimum rating of C1, by members of Be Spec Ops
and with sufficient knowledge of the Belgian airspace.

EBSZ_CTR needs to make sure that the Military traffic stays away from the civil airspaces.
Military traffic shall NOT cross civil TMAs / CTRs unless when flying BENE-routes AND
contact with Civil ATC.

EBBU_CTR and EBBU_FSS should keep civil traffic outside active military airspaces.
If EBBU_FSS (Brussels Flight Information) is not online, EBSZ_CTR will provide Flight
