  • Title: set the title of the training or exam (e.g. "ADC Exam - Denis Toussaint")
  • VID: the VID of the examinee
  • Date: starting date and time of the training/exam. CAREFUL about how to type it : DD/MM/YYYY - HH:MM (in UTC)
  • Type: type of training or exam
  • Trainer VID: the VID of the trainer(s)
  • Airport: ICAO code of the airport (mostly EBBR)
  • Position: the position of the trainee (e.g. EBBR_N_TWR for an ADC exam)

Then click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

  • Title: set the public title of the event (e.g. Belux Region Online Evening)
  • Show end date: enable for a multiple day event, otherwise uncheck
  • Managed: used to decide if ATC schedule is handled by ATC ops (for future use with the new scheduling system)
  • Departments: check the department(s) involved in this event. It will display it in each checked department's "next event" list
  • Images: add a banner (recommended size is 1200x800px, JPG or PNG)
  • Event PDF: can be useful to join a briefing document or any other PDF file
  • Body: content of the webpage. You can either use the graphical editor or switch to HTML mode with the "plain editor" link below.

Then click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

  • Title: set the date DD/MM followed by the ATC position (e.g. 31/12 EBBR_N_TWR)
  • Show end date: useful to set a ending time (should always be enabled)
  • ATC position: set the identified of the ATC position (e.g. EBBR_N_GND)
  • Reason: context of the request (name of the event, type of training or so), for easy reference.
  • Status: the current status of the request:
    • Available - book now: for unmanaged events, sends the applicant to the IVAO scheduling system
    • Available - apply now: for managed events, sends to the application form for staff handling
    • Booked: the position has been taken
  • Booked by: VID of the member who booked (leave blank for non-booked positions)

Then click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

 

  • Title: set the title of the news article
  • Body: set the content of the news. CAREFUL, please use a "teaser break" after the first paragraph (last button of the toolbar, on the third line). This will set a "read more" link after this space for summarized view.
  • Attachment: you are free to link a file (preferably image or PDF for example).

Then click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

 

  • Title: set the title of the blog article
  • Body: set the content of the news. CAREFUL, please use a "teaser break" after the first paragraph (last button of the toolbar, on the third line). This will set a "read more" link after this space for summarized view.
  • Categories: set the department for which you want to publish the blog post
  • Tags: set some keywords
  • Media: add a primary image to illustrate your post. For further images it's recommended to embed them into the post itself

Then click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.
