IVAO BeLux Region and Brussels Flight Simulators are inviting you to the yearly Brussels Real Flight Event! During nine hours we will simulate a quasi-real flight schedule in order to give you an idea what a typical Sunday on the international airport in the capital of Europe looks like. If you want to participate, please read through to find out everything you need to know!

Time frame: 1100z - 2000z

You should keep in mind that booked flights have a higher priority than non-booked flights for this event. Depending on the traffic situation non-booked flights might have to expect a delay and/or diversion. Below you can find the most accurate sceneries available at the moment:
Provided that your booked flight is completed with arrival or departure in Brussels within the time frame of the event, you can be rewarded with one point for the BeLux Pilot Event Award. If you are interested, please report your flight here. This event is also eligible for the IVAO HQ Event Award. Please check this forum thread for all information regarding the award.
The ATC schedule for this event is managed by the BeLux ATC Operations Department. If you are interested, head over to the ATC Request Page and apply for a position! The participating controllers will be rewarded with two points for the BeLux ATC Event Award.
