THE AWARD
Whenever a BeLux organised or co-organised event is taking place, we need several ATC positions to be staffed in order to make the event a success. One point can be earned when you staff a required ATC position in accordance with the requirements below. Upon collecting ten points you will be rewarded with the BeLux ATC Event Award on your IVAO account page.

ATC SCHEDULING
In order to ensure proper ATC service and to give everyone the same chance to be part of an event as an air traffic controller, the ATC schedule will be managed by the BeLux ATC Operations Department for certain events. For non-managed ATC schedules controllers are free to book their positions in the default IVAO ATC scheduling system. Make sure to check the relevant event page on the division website or forum on how to apply for a required position.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. Collect ten points in BeLux organised or co-organised events (see ATC Request and Upcoming Events for the required ATC positions and date and time of the event).
  2. Controllers must be connected for at least two hours of duration in total. If you switch positions during the event the total time should add up to two hours. In the case of a network disconnection you are to reconnect with the shortest delay possible. Please mention this in your report.
  3. A completed ATC session must be reported using the instructions below.

HOW TO REPORT

ATC sessions can be reported using our Reporting System.

You will get an email to confirm whether or not your reported session has been validated.
