What do I need ?
First of all, you need some basics like a computer, a flight simulator software (MS Flight Simulator or X-Plane) and a joystick. To improve the experience, a headset (preferable with a microphone) is recommended as well.
As member of IVAO, you need to download and install the client programs that were developped by our development team. These can be found at http://www.ivao.aero/softdev. This software is needed to connect to our servers and to fully experience on-line flying.
We do expect from our pilots some basic skills when handling a plane like taxiing from A to B, a normal take-off and a safe landing.
